Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This page explains what data we collect on takwirabooking.tn, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Who are we?

This website is published by TakwiraBooking, the controller of the data collected on takwirabooking.tn. Our full details are in the legal notice.

What data do we collect?

When you pre-register, we receive:

  • your full name;
  • your phone number and/or email address;
  • your profile (player, organiser, stadium manager…);
  • your governorate and city;
  • for stadiums: the stadium name and number of pitches;
  • your message (optional);
  • the language of the site you used and the date of the pre-registration.

Technical data: like any website, our servers record the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser used. Your IP address is also used to limit abusive use of the form; it is not stored with your pre-registration.

Why do we use it?

We use this data to:

  • let you know when TakwiraBooking opens near you;
  • for stadiums: contact you about the pilot programme;
  • understand which regions are most interested;
  • keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

On what basis?

You give us this data voluntarily by sending the form: you thereby consent to its use for the purposes above. Technical data is processed to keep the website secure.

Cookies

The website uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the chosen language for one year. It is needed for the site to work. We use no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

Who can access your data?

Only the TakwiraBooking team. Pre-registrations are stored on our servers and in our contact management tool, hosted by OVHcloud.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that service handles your messages under its own privacy policy.

How long do we keep it?

Pre-registrations are kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time. Technical logs are kept for a limited time, for security purposes.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it, and our servers are protected and backed up.

Your rights

Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected, object to its processing or ask for it to be deleted. Message us on WhatsApp at +216 58 995 673.

You can also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Changes to this policy

This policy covers the current website (pre-registrations). It will be completed before accounts and bookings open. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
